  • Three Times A Week

  • 1 Hour Sessions

  • 5 Buffer days

All packages include:

  • Meal instruction tailored to your goals on how to eat and when to eat. 

  • Weekly check-in’s on progress.

  • Index and composition testing to see where you are now to compare to our results at the end. This includes weight, skeletal muscle mass testing, body fat percentage testing, and muscle fat testing. 

  • At home workouts to be done on days that you may not be able to be at the gym. 

  • Consistent support and accountability to assure you reach your goals.
